You can have 50 saved reports and 20 scheduled reports in Ometria.
If you need more, please get in touch with your Customer Success Representative.
Save a report
Once you've created and run a report, click Save to preserve all of the metrics and filters for a later date.
Give your report a name and a description if you like, then click Save again.
You can find all of your saved reports in the Saved reports dashboard:
Refresh a saved report
Some reports have dates set in the future (relative dates).
If the running time is in the past when they land on this report they might need to hit the run button again to make sure you get the latest data.
When you open a saved report you'll be prompted to refresh the data:
If you make any changes to the filters or metrics in your report, click Run again.
Scheduled reports
Scheduled reports automatically refresh on a regular basis - so you don't need to click Run on a daily/weekly basis.
You can schedule up to 20 reports in Ometria. Please get in touch with your Customer Success Manager if you need more than 20.
To schedule a saved report, click on the calendar icon:
Choose how often you want the report to automatically refresh:
- None - you will manually refresh your report by clicking Run.
- Daily - your report will refresh every day at 00:00 GMT.
- Weekly - select which days of the week you'd like your report to refresh.
- Monthly - select which days of the month you'd like your report to refresh.
You can also optionally email an export of or a link to your scheduled report every time it refreshes.
You can send to as many Ometria users as you like.
