Preview and approve your multi-language template (beta)

Navigate to your saved multi-language template and click Edit translations.

Select the language you want to preview and click the ellipses button then Preview:

Or click the gallery view icon in the top left of the screen:

You can preview:

• The template content
• The subject line
• The preheader 

You can also send test emails to check that your links and images all work as expected.

Preview your template from the visual editor 

You can also preview your template in the visual editor, in the same way you'd preview any other email template.

Navigate to your saved multi-language template and select the Preview tab in the left panel.

Scroll down to Edit profile data used for rendering template and click on the Preferred language dropdown.

Choose a language to preview.

Navigate to your saved multi-language template and click Edit translations.

Select the language you want to test and click the ellipses button then Send test email:

Approve translations

Once all of your translations are in place and you've tested them, you can start approving them.

Navigate to your saved multi-language template and click Edit translations.

Select the language you want to approve and click the ellipses button then Approve:

When you approve a translation, that column is locked for editing. 

This is so that nobody accidentally enters the wrong copy in a finished column. 

You can easily Unapprove if you need to edit the column again:
