Set up your product recommendation
To get recommended products to your site, first set up a new product recommendation instance.
Once your instance is created, copy the Recommendation ID:
Send the ID and this article to your development team.
Once your recommendation is set up on your site, you can track its stats in Ometria - see Reporting for onsite recommendations.
Reporting for onsite recommendations
Once your recommendation instance is up and running on your site, you can see your statistics in Ometria.
Wait at least three hours before checking your stats.
Go to: Campaigns > Product recommendations > View onsite stats
The following report displays:
|Title||The name of the product recommendation instance.|
|Impressions||The number of visitors to your site who have seen the recommendation.|
|Clicks||The number of visitors who have clicked on the recommendation.|
|Click through rate||The percentage of visitors who clicked on the recommendation after seeing it.|
