To make it easier to identify which of your customers have (or haven’t) completed one of your custom events (e.g. requested a brochure, added an item to their wishlist etc.) and segment accordingly.
You can now use the Customer filter to create very specific segments based on the custom events you have set up.
- wish list event
- customer requested a brochure
- customer visited an offline store
- customer has visited a specific webpage or has completed a specific action on a website.
