Setting up a Zinrelo integration

Zinrelo is a loyalty rewards platform that provides user and events data to Ometria which can be used to drive your segmentation and dynamic content in your campaigns.

The events Zinrelo sends are associated with a custom event in Ometria, which you can use as a campaign trigger.

Setting up Zinrelo

You’ll need an account with Zinrelo before you begin.

Once you’re ready to integrate, you should get in touch with your Customer Success Representative who will advise which custom fields you need to set up.

User information

Zinrelo collects the following user information to send to Ometria:

• Email
• Name
• Date of birth
• Phone number
• User tier
• Preferred language
• Referral code
• Referral URL
• Referred by
• Referrer email
• Points redeemed
• Points available
• Points expired
• Points earned
• Points expiry date
• Total purchase value
• Total rewards
• Total purchases

Event information

Zinrelo collects the following event information to send to Ometria:

• Event name
• Event ID
• Time
• Email
• Recent activity completed
• Points current activity
• Redeemed reward name
• Reward points used
• Redeemed reward code
• Current tier
• Points expiry date
