Ometria’s integration with Yotpo means that your Yotpo loyalty data can be stored against your Ometria contact’s records.
You can use this data to segment your contacts and drive campaigns with custom triggers including:
Yotpo product data can also be used to enrich your product recommendations to incentivise purchases by using star ratings and reviews.
Setting up Yotpo
You should get in touch with your Customer Success Manager who will work with you to determine whether you’d like to use Yotpo loyalty points, reviews, or both.
Testing your integration
Once you’ve confirmed that the custom fields are installed in your account, check that the fields are being correctly populated by creating a test contact and/or leaving a product review via Yotpo and confirming they arrive in Ometria.
