Attribution to campaigns in Ometria is performed in each of the following ways:


  • Last-click attribution: these are from orders placed in a visit session started by clicking an email from the campaign.
  • Coupon code attribution (for automation campaigns only): orders placed using a coupon code from an automation campaign are attributed to that campaign.
  • Two-hour window after clicking: Orders placed within 2 hours of clicking an email from a campaign are attributed to that campaign.
