You can access the Orders Report dashboard through the top navigation, under Reports.

In this dashboard, you will have access to three different tabs:

  • Orders List tab
  • Orders Grouped tab
  • Orders by Customer tab


Orders List
tab

This tab will show all your orders, for the date range selected (which you can change on the top right). ordered by order date by default.

You can select to display/hide the following columns:

  • OrderID
  • Store
  • Coupon code
  • Device type
  • Visit campaign
  • Visit name
  • Visit medium
  • Payment method
  • Shipping method
  • Number of items
  • Local discount
  • Local shipping
  • Local tax
  • Local sub total
  • Local grand total
  • Local currency
  • Discount
  • Shipping
  • Tax
  • Sub total
  • Grand total
  • Order status
  • Valid
  • Customer last name
  • Customer first name
  • Customer name
  • Customer email
  • Customer ID
  • Order date


Orders Grouped 
tab

This tab will show all your orders, for the date range selected (which you can change on the top right). grouped by date (day) by default.

You can select to group the orders by:
  • Date
  • Hour
  • Day of week
  • Month
  • Year/Month
  • Year
  • Store
  • Coupon code
  • Shipping country
  • Shipping state 
  • Shipping city
  • Shipping type
  • Order valid
  • Order status
  • Payment method
  • Device type
  • Source medium
  • Source campaign
  • Source domain
  • Source name


Orders by Customer tab

This tab will show all your orders, for the date range selected (which you can change on the top right). grouped by customer.

You can select to display/hide the following columns:

  • Customer ID
  • Name
  • Email
  • Number of Orders
  • Number of Items
  • Grand Total


Finally, you can filter this report (and any of the three tabs) on any saved segments or create a new customer filter or order filter. 

You can also export each of the tab data into a CSV.
