When single sign-on is enabled for your Ometria, you and other users on your account will be able to log into the app without entering a username and password.
See SSO in the audit log to check when SSO was enabled for your account.
If you're interested in setting up single sign-on (SSO) for your account, please get in touch with your Customer Success Representative.
Setting up single sign-on
Before you can start using single sign-on to log into Ometria, you'll need to configure your SSO identity provider to work with Ometria.
See:
- Configuring Google for single sign-on (SSO)
- Configuring Microsoft Entra for single sign-on (SSO)
- Configuring Okta for single sign-on (SSO)
- Configuring Ping Identity for single sign-on (SSO)
Once you've completed this, you can raise a request with the Ometria Support Team.
Select a general support request, then choose a "Request" query type and select SSO setup.
You'll be asked to provide information about your identify provider.
The team will let you know once your request has been processed and you can start using it.
Logging in using single sign-on
Open this link in your browser: https://app.ometria.com/login/
In the login screen, click Continue with SAML SSO:
Enter your company domain and click Continue.
If you're not already logged into your Google, Microsoft or Okta account, you'll be prompted to log in here:
Once logged in, the app opens right away.
If your brand has multiple accounts, select the one you want to access.
Enable SSO for all users
Once you're satisfied that SSO is working for you, we recommend enabling it for all users of your Ometria account.
Administrators can do this from Settings > Users and permissions:
Once you do this, everyone listed as a user for your account will receive an email introducing them to SSO with Ometria with instructions for logging in.
