📊 Deep Insights Agent
Ask any question of your customer data and get trusted answers in seconds. Deep Insights Agent prepares your data before any query runs, so answers reflect your business logic rather than generic assumptions.
Your data is normalised and product attributes semantically enriched to reflect your catalogue. Retail KPIs like AOV, repurchase rate, and lapsed customer sit alongside your own business definitions. Strategic priorities, brand positioning, and reporting preferences are configured upfront, so the AI understands how your business operates before you ask a question.

⚡ Faster, more accurate segment size estimates
Plan campaigns faster with quicker, more accurate audience size estimates in the broadcast builder. Sample-based estimations return in seconds rather than running a full query, and suppressed contacts are now excluded so the figure reflects who you'll actually reach.

🔄 Segment exports
Export segment membership to any external system that needs to know who's in (or out) of a segment. The first export delivers complete segment membership; every export after contains only the contacts who've entered or left the segment, so payloads stay light and processing stays fast.
Dynamic segments are supported — even for behavioural or ever-changing segments, each change is captured in the next export.

⚙️ Small improvements
Website personalisation
- You can now order category autocomplete results by views or clicks, so search reflects what customers actually engage with.
- Filters can now be grouped and nested using drag and drop, for more precise targeting like "green handbags OR any hat".
Automation campaigns
- The automation campaigns page has a refreshed design and a new filter by trigger type, so you can find campaigns faster.
