In order to use single sign-on in Ometria, you need a SAML certificate.
Your SAML certificate is issued by your single sign-on identity provider (Google, Microsoft Entra or Okta) and managed via your account with them.
The certificate expires after four to five years, depending on your identity provider.
Ometria will send you an automated email 90 days before your certificate expires, and regularly after that until you renew your certificate.
Once you've renewed your certificate, send the updated information (in PEM format) to Ometria's Support Team.
