Merchandising concepts allow you to use your data attributes in your product sequencing.
This means you can combine product data like "colour" or "brands" in your merchandising blends, which you can then apply to your merchandising strategies, templates and product groupings.
So you could use a merchandising concept to push a specific designer/brand to the top of a merchandising blend, or to promote seasonal products like Christmas party dresses or Valentines chocolate.
Merchandising concepts are similar to custom ranges, but Merchandising Concepts use string data, e.g. material, colour, etc., and Custom Ranges rely on numeric data, e.g. price.
