📊 Segment Explorer: segment on order and order line item properties
Filter customers in Segment Explorer using your order and order line item custom fields.
- Target on loyalty and spend: Aggregate numeric fields like loyalty points or discount amount across a customer's order history.
- Tailor post-purchase journeys: Segment by fulfilment type to split click-and-collect from home delivery, or separate markdown buyers from full-price buyers.
- Win back cancellations: Target customers by cancellation reason, or segment by cancellation rate.
- Manage your own fields: Create and edit order and order line item custom fields in settings, across string, number, date, true/false, category and list types.
👗 Website personalization: dynamic filter visibility
Show shoppers only the filters that are useful for the results in front of them. Filters that would not help shoppers narrow down are hidden automatically, based on the thresholds you set.
- Set your own thresholds: Show a filter once a minimum number of products match, or once a minimum percentage of products carry that attribute.
- Automatic on every page: Filters appear or hide based on the products in the current results, with no manual upkeep.
- Cleaner product listing pages: Cut filtering options that return one or two products, so shoppers reach what they want faster.
📢 Overlays: GIFs and multiple CTAs
Two additions to Overlays this month, giving you more to work with on creative and on what happens after someone signs up.
- GIF support: Upload an animated GIF anywhere you'd normally add an image and it plays automatically. Use it to animate a promotion, show a product from different angles, or add seasonal movement.
- Multiple CTAs on the thank you page: The thank you page after sign-up now holds up to three call-to-action buttons instead of one, so you can point new subscribers to new arrivals, your app and your social channels in one step.
🔓 Manual unsuppression tool
Unsuppress individual contacts directly from their profile in Segment Explorer, without raising a support ticket.
- Self-serve from the contact profile: Unsuppress a contact in a couple of clicks, with no engineering involvement.
- Permission-controlled: Only users with the right permission level can unsuppress contacts.
- Full audit trail: Every unsuppression is logged, showing who unsuppressed which contact and when.
