User permissions for Ometria's website personalisation feature are assigned separately from the rest of the platform.
Before adding a user to website personalisation, make sure they're set up in Ometria's user permissions first.

To add a new user, go to: Website Personalisation > Administration > Accounts & Permissions
Select a user to edit their permissions, or click + Admit New User to create a new user.
| Field | Description |
| Disabled | Toggle on to disable this user's access to website personalisation. |
| Super Admin |
Toggle on to give this user access to everything in website personalisation. This does not give users access to everything in Ometria. |
| Enter the user's email address. |
Roles
As well as Super Admin (above) the following roles are available to toggle on.
You can select as many as you like.
| Role | Description |
| Search Curator | Tune search parameters, including synonyms and redirects, plus view supporting data and reports. |
| Merchandiser | Control merchandising settings and view the data and reports that support them. |
| Developer |
Access advanced configuration settings and template code. See also: Developer docs |
| Administrator | Create / Delete users accounts and set access permissions. |
