The orders filter allows you to filter your orders by 29 different conditions.
You can use the orders filter to report on your customers' order activity.
Navigation
The orders filter can be accessed from the Products report and the Orders report:
Select a condition:
Condition |
Description |
Order ID |
Filter orders based on the order ID. |
Products purchased |
Filter orders based on which products were purchased. |
Products purchased by attribute |
Filter orders based on product attributes. |
Product sku |
Filter orders based on product SKU (stock keeping unit). |
Product price |
Filter orders based on the price of individual products. |
Product quantity |
Filter orders based on the quantity of individual products in each order. |
Order date |
Filter based on the date the order was placed. |
Order channel |
Filter based on the channel the order came through, e.g. online, in store, phone etc. These options are based on your account setup. |
Order store |
Filter based on the store the contact ordered from. |
Order grand total |
Filter based on the total revenue per order (including tax, shipping etc.) |
Order sub total |
Filter based on the sub total revenue per order (i.e. just the cost of the products in the order). Note: This value is calculated differently based on your integration (and your preferences if you have a custom integration). For most integrations it includes discount but not tax and shipping. |
Order tax |
Filter based on the tax paid on each order. |
Order shipping |
Filter based on shipping cost per order. |
Order discount |
Filter based on discounts per order. |
Order total items |
Filter based on the total number of items (products) per order. |
Order total items refunded |
Filter based on the total number of refunded items per order. |
Order customer sequence |
Filter based on the position of an order in a customer’s sequence of orders - e.g. first order, fourth order etc. |
Order status |
Filter based on the current status of the order:
These statuses are dependent on your account setup. Speak to your customer success manager if you’re unsure. |
Coupon code |
Filter based on coupon codes used in an order. |
Order valid |
Filter based on whether or not an order is valid. |
Payment method |
Filter based on the payment method used to complete the order. |
Shipping method |
Filter based on the shipping method. |
Shipping country |
Filter based on the country the order was shipped to. |
Visit UTM Campaign |
Filter based on the campaign an order is attributed to. |
Visit UTM Medium |
Filter based on the medium this order is attributed to, e.g. social, cpc (cost per click), search, referral, etc. |
Visit UTM Name |
Filter based on the name of the domain the order is attributed to, e.g. facebook, google, ometria, yahoo, etc. |
Visit UTM Domain |
Filter based on the domain url the order is attributed to, e.g. google.com, facebook.com, your website, etc. |
Order from broadcast campaign |
Filter based on orders which resulted from specific broadcast campaigns. |
Order from automation campaign |
Filter based on orders which resulted from specific automation campaigns. |
The filters and conditions you select will apply across all of the tabs in the report you are viewing (list, grouped, and by customer).
