The following error sometimes displays when you click links in your test emails:

This might be for two reasons:
- Your links have not been composed correctly, and the URL isn’t pointing to a valid webpage - check that your URL works by pasting it into your browser.
- You have clicked the link in a test email (even separate test emails with the same link) more than 10 times - if you wait 10 minutes before clicking the link again you’ll be able to access it.
Why can't I click links in test emails more than ten times?
To prevent spam, Ometria tracks the number of times a link is clicked by the same user in a short space of time.
After 10 clicks, the link will redirect to a blank screen with the 1100 error message above.
This is only temporary - after 10 minutes you will be able to click the link again without any errors.
This error will only occur for test emails - it will not affect your live sends.
