Interactions in the realtime dashboard

The interactions funnel in the realtime dashboard presents the current visitors interacting with your website, and their activity:

There are two numbers on the right of each stage: 

• The top number represents visitors who arrived at your site by clicking on an Ometria campaign email.
• The bottom number represents identified visitors, i.e. visitors who are recognised as contacts in Ometria.

If the coral ‘visitor’ icon flashes, this means a visitor has transitioned from one stage to the next.

The data here comes from your JavaScript interaction API.

Browsing

Anyone currently browsing your website - this includes Ometria contacts and visitors unknown to Ometria.

Shopping

Anyone that currently has products added to their basket.

In checkout

Anyone currently viewing the checkout screen on your website.
