Ometria automatically logs out users after 12 hours.
For accounts with single sign-on (SSO) enabled, session duration depends on your identity provider's configuration, capped at a maximum of 24 hours.

Here's some advice for getting the maximum time out of your session:
Separate accounts need separate windows
If you have a session open for one account and need to open a session for a second account, we recommend opening a new window (not tab) in your browser:
This keeps each session (and its cookies) independent, and the session expiry depends on the sign-on provider for each account.
Re-authenticate all tabs
If you're working on multiple tabs for the same account and you're about to be logged out, re-authenticate and then refresh all of your other tabs.
This prevents any 'dangling' invalid (unauthenticated) sessions.
Close expired tabs
If your session expires and you have multiple expired tabs open, make sure to close all of them before logging back in.
