Getting started with MMS – Ometria Help Centre

MMS (multimedia messaging service) is a kind of text message that supports attachments such as photos and links.

In general, MMS campaigns have a higher click through rate and opt-in rate compared to SMS, though MMS isn't supported in as many countries.

MMS also costs more per message than SMS.

You can attach images from your asset manager, or use a URL.

Note: It's your responsibility to host the image somewhere. If the URL you use doesn't resolve to an image then Ometria doesn't send the MMS.

Ometria only supports images and GIFs uploaded to our asset manager, not videos.
