Can I use a re-captcha in my forms?

A captcha helps prevent bots from being able to sign up to your forms.

Ometria supports Google ReCaptcha v2. Please contact your web master to implement. 

If you're not using double opt-in in your subscription flow then we recommend adding that.

Of course, you can do both.
