Can I use a re-captcha in my forms?

A captcha helps prevent bots from being able to sign up to your forms. Currently, support some Google ReCaptcha versions, please contact support to verify which versions are currently supported.

If you are not using double opt-in in your subscription flow then we recommend adding that.

Of course, you can do both.
