The subscription changes export contains one record for each contact per channel, for every subscription state change that occurred since the last export. It covers all channels active on your account, including email, SMS, and push.
If a contact has changed their subscription state on multiple channels, the export contains a separate record for each channel, each with its own date.

Channel state filter
When you set up a subscription changes export, you can choose which subscription states to include:
- Subscribed: records where the contact subscribed to the channel
- Unsubscribed: records where the contact unsubscribed from the channel
You can select both at the same time. If you don't select either, the export includes both states by default.
