Shopify tags

You can pass your Shopify tags into Ometria for your contacts. 

shopify_tags is a list of strings type custom field.

You can find your Shopify tags by going to Segment explorer > Customer filter and filtering on:

• Shopify tags > which is known

Apply the filter and select the Contacts tab. 

The different array items display separated by commas, e.g. summer,referral

Searching for a Shopify tag

Search for a specific tag by setting up a Customer filter for:

• Shopify tag > which contains - [tag name]

The search is case sensitive, so make sure that you enter the tag exactly as it displays in Shopify. 

The query will search for individual tags in an array, e.g. all contacts with the tag 'referral', including those with additional tags like 'summer'.
