Broadcast campaign performance: Opt-out reasons

The Reason table in broadcast campaign performance shows the reasons your contacts gave for opt-ing out after receiving this campaign:

Field	Description
Reason	The reason your contact selected.
Sources from	The source of the opt-out, e.g. preferences_centre - your preference pages list_unsubscribe - via API spam_compaint app - the contact was unsubscribed via the Ometria app, e.g. by a user editing their status in the single customer view For opt-outs with the reason "Other", you can click View to see a list of those additional reasons.
Opt-out ratio	The percentage of opt-outs who gave this reason.
