The Overview dashboard presents the general health of your ecommerce business through dynamic graphs.
This screen is split into three panels:
- Retail KPIs - All your ecommerce metrics in one place.
- Metrics comparison table - Group your metrics by region, brand and store information.
Marketing Performance - For analysing your Ometria email performance.
- Customer Health Overview - For analysing the evolution of your customer base.
Users with the right permissions can export the data in each of the panels in the overview dashboard as a CSV or .XLSX file by clicking the export button
The Overview dashboard is the first screen you see when you log into Ometria.
You can access it from anywhere in the platform by clicking Overview in the menu bar:
Filter by market
Select Filter by market to change your view based on the attributes in your store settings such as size, market, online/physical, etc.:
Use the Smart filter to describe the filter setup you'd like in natural language:

Set a date range
You can set your date range for reporting at the top of this screen using the date picker:
Choose any of the pre-configured ranges, or apply a Custom Range by selecting from the coral drop-down list.
The grey date range is for comparison.
