Triple Whale is a data platform for ecommerce.
You can use Triple Whale's custom tracking parameters in your Ometria marketing campaigns to track engagement.
This means you can track visitors who clicked through an Ometria campaign in your Triple Whale dashboard.

Note: Ometria starts sharing engagement data from the time you start implementing the tracking parameters - you can't get historic data this way.
Adding tracking parameters
In Ometria, go to: Settings > Channel Settings
Scroll down to Default tracking parameters and click Add custom parameter:
Add the following parameters:

tw_source | ometria |
utm_medium | automation |
utm_source | ometria |
utm_campaign | {{ email.campaign_title|urlencode }}_{{ email.variant_identifier

Select Save.
Remember to do the same for your Broadcast campaigns in the next tab, swapping the UTM value for tw_medium
and utm_medium
to broadcast.
