Annex Cloud is an enterprise loyalty provider.

The Annex Cloud integration sends contact data and custom events to Ometria.

Data sent to Ometria

The following custom fields are sent to Ometria from Annex Cloud by default.

These fields populate the contact data screen (single customer view) and you can use them to segment contacts in the customer filter.
