You can clone the templates and assets in your account to other Ometria accounts used by your organisation.
Users with the right permissions to clone assets can do so directly from the Asset manager.
Choose a folder and then either select individual assets and Clone selected, or Clone entire folder.
Choose the account you want to clone your assets to, then click Next:
Confirm your selection in the next screen:
That's it! You'll get an email once your assets have been cloned to the receiving account:

Set up
If you're onboarding, your Technical Project Manager (TPM) will work with you to set up your organisational structure for cloning.
If you're already onboarded, reach out to your Customer Success Representative.

Permissions
Once your account hierarchy has been set up, users with the Administrator role in your top level account can assign cloning permissions.
Note: The administrator should also be given administrator permissions in the relevant child accounts.
