This is a list of all the user permissions available in Ometria:

Administer account (and all other permissions) |
The user has administrator access and can edit all permissions and settings in Ometria.
Note: If this permission is checked, the user will have the Administrator role regardless of their other permissions. You should uncheck this box for general users.

Can export data |
The user can see the Export button in the Ometria reports and Segment explorer, and can download this data as a CSV or .XLS file. Users must have this permission enabled to download CSV processing error files. |
Modify automation campaigns |
The user has permission to make changes to automation campaigns. |
View marketing statistics |
The user has access to all of the dashboards in Ometria including Overview, the Realtime dashboard and Campaign Performance. This includes access to static coupon pools, the asset manager and the email interaction cohort report. |
View saved segments |
The user has access to saved segments. |
View cohort report |
The user has access to the cohort report. |
View orders report |
The user has access to the orders report. |
Anonymise contact |
The user can anonymise contacts in Ometria, i.e. remove all personally identifiable information (PII data) from Ometria. |
Can create and modify custom fields |
The user can create, edit and delete custom fields. |
Archive coupon pools |
The user can archive coupon pools. |
Manage double optin settings |
The user has access to the Define opt-in rules per country page in Channel settings. |
Can delete reports |
The user can delete saved reports. |
Access settings (excluding user access and API keys) |
The user has access to the following tabs in the Settings screen: This does not give access to:

View email campaigns (automation and broadcast) |
The user can see email campaigns.
Note: If you disable this setting for a user because you want to protect PII data, make sure to also disable View customer details.

The user can publish automation campaigns. |
View customer details |
The user has access to the segment explorer including the Contacts tab and single customer view. Users also need this permission set to use the following conditions in the customer filter:
If account cloning is enabled for your account, this permission means you'll receive cloning related email notifications. |
Modify saved segments |
The user can make changes to saved segments. |
View products report |
The user has access to the products report. |
Schedule broadcast campaigns |
The user can schedule broadcast campaigns. |
Can create and modify data exports |
The user can create and make changes to a Self-serve data export. |
Delete contacts |
The user can delete contacts from Ometria. |
Manage webhook connections |
The user can set up and edit webhooks in Ometria. You'll also need to check the permission: Access settings (excluding user access and API keys). |
Can email reports to Ometria users |
The user can Share and email your reports to other Ometria users in your account. |
View email interaction cohort report |
The user has access to the email interaction cohort report.
Note: This permission was released in August 2024. Any users in Ometria before that date will have this permission checked only if they already had access to the products, cohort or orders report.
