Send as transactional is a checkbox available for both automation and broadcast campaigns which allows you to send non-marketing messages to contacts regardless of opt-in status.
This feature is available by request, and must never be used to send marketing messages.
Use cases include:
- Account creation emails
- Double opt-in messaging
- Delayed order
- Product recall
