You can use the Send as transactional checkbox in the Send text message node to send transactional texts messages, e.g. "Order received", "Refund complete", or double opt-in campaigns.
Note: You'll need a new sender ID per market for sending transactional texts. Your Customer Success Representative will guide you through the process.
Important: This checkbox will send the text to all contacts who pass through the Send text message node regardless of quiet hours, frequency caps or opt-in status. Marketing consent is strictly regulated in many countries, and you must never use this checkbox to send marketing communications.
