Once you've set up your mobile app with Firebase credentials for your push notifications, you can use the mobile app integration event log to check that the events are being sent to Ometria correctly.
Note: As there is sometimes sensitive customer in the Event log, only users with the correct permissions can see it.
If you can't see it, contact your administrator and ask them to enable these permissions:
- Access settings (excluding user access and API keys)
- View customer details
Go to: Settings > Connections > select Mobile App and scroll down to see the log.
The following information is available:

The time the event was sent from the mobile device to Ometria. |

The time the event was received by Ometria. |

Details of the request. |
You also have options to filter the log based on:
- Customer Id
- Ometria Customer ID
- Event Type
- Event Data (substring)
