The date picker allows you to define a time period for your reports in Ometria.
There is a date picker on the following reports:
Date range options
The following options are available to select:
Option | Description |
Today |
From midnight (00:00) on the current date to the present moment. E.g. If it is 11:30 on 24th March, the date range will be from midnight to 11:30 (11 and a half hours). |
Yesterday | From midnight (00:00) yesterday to 23:59. |
Last 7 days |
From the date seven days ago to yesterday. E.g. If today is Wednesday 24th March, the date range will be from Wednesday 17th March to Tuesday 23rd March. |
Last 28 days |
From the date 28 days ago to yesterday. E.g. If today is Wednesday 24th March, the date range will be from February 24th March to Tuesday 23rd March. |
Last 12 months |
From the beginning of the month 12 months ago to yesterday. E.g. If today is Wednesday 24th March 2021, the date range will be from 1st March 2020 to 23rd March 2021. Note: This option is different in the New vs. Returning customers report in Customer insights, where the 'to' date is the current moment, not yesterday.

From Monday of the current week to the following Sunday. E.g. If today is Wednesday 24th March 2021, the date range will be from Monday 22nd March 2021 to Sunday 28th March 2021, with an expected drop off in data after the 24th (the present date). |
Last week |
From Monday of the last week to the following Sunday. E.g. If today is Wednesday 24th March 2021, the date range will be from Monday 15th March 2021 to Sunday 21st March 2021. |
This month |
From the start of the current month to the end of the current month. E.g. If today is 24th March 2021, the date range will be from 1st March 2021 to 30th March 2021, with an expected drop off in data after the 24th (the present date). |
Last month |
From the start of last month to the end of last month. E.g. If today is 24th March 2021, the date range will be from 1st February 2021 to 28th February 2021. |
This year |
From the start of this year to the present date. E.g. If today is 24th March 2021, the date range will be from 1st January 2021 to 31st December 2021, with an expected drop off in data after the 24th March (the present date). |
Last year |
From the start of last year to the end of last year. E.g. If today is 24th March 2021, the date range will be from 1st January 2020 to 31st December 2020. |
Custom Range |
Select your own date range, choosing from any date in any year. The 'from' date always begins at midnight (00:00) on that date, and the 'to' date ends at 23:59, unless it is today, in which case it ends at the current time. |
