You can sync your segments and SMS subscription data in Ometria with Attentive and use this information to power your SMS campaigns.
This means you can maintain a consistent customer experience across your email and SMS marketing channels.
Before you begin
Set up an Attentive account if you don't have one and contact your Ometria Customer Success Representative (even if you have only committed to the Attentive trial and not a full contract term).
You also need to set up an Attentive integration in Ometria before you can set up either sync.
Note: If you already have an Attentive account, you'll want to make sure that your SMS marketing preferences are up to date and as accurate as possible in Ometria. See Validating your SMS subscription data for Attentive for guidance on this.
Your Customer Success Representative will need to switch both of these features on for your account in Ometria's backend, so let them know once you're ready to get started.
