You can send a preferred language for your contacts to Ometria via:
- CSV upload using the field heading
- API call using the field
- Ometria forms - raise a general request with the Support team to discuss your requirements.
Note: Currently this field can only be sent via API or uploaded in a CSV, it's not available directly from ecommerce importers Shopify or Magento.
preferred_lang field should be supplied in ISO 639-1 format.
You can see the Language field in the single customer view:
