Go to Customer > Segment explorer > select the Contacts tab:
Search for/select any contact from the list to view their contact details.
Alongside the key contact details in the left of the screen, which remain static, there are six tabs in the contact details screen:
Key contact details
The key contact details display in the left of the screen.
Cross-channel marketability
This panel shows which channels your contact is opted-in to, as well as whether they are part of a segment synced with Google Adwords or Facebook.
If a contact has a Suppressed flag in this section, that means they are on a suppression list, and won't receive email.

Description |
User ID |
The ID number optionally assigned by you as the ‘customer_id’ field. |
First name |
The contact’s first name. |
Last name |
The contact’s last name. |
Date of birth |
The contact’s date of birth, if known. |
Country |
The contact’s home country. This is either supplied to us by you (e.g. uploaded via CSV) or based on a customer’s past orders (billing address) and/or visits (IP address). |
Phone |
The contact’s phone number, if known. |
Gender |
The contact’s gender, if known. Ometria’s gender options are M/F/O. |
Tags |
Any tags assigned to this contact. |
Select Edit to change any of this information, as well as gender, date of birth, and any custom fields you have setup:
You can also select Edit > Anonymise contact to anonymise this contact record.

Check which custom fields this contact has associated to them:
Important milestones
The important milestones panel shows the contact’s key dates.
Milestone | Description |
Date of first visit | The date the contact was first identified on your site, including the source through which they arrived, e.g. cpc / Google, direct, etc. |
Date of first order | The date the contact first placed an order, including the source this order was attributed to. |
Date of last order | The date of the contact’s most recent order. |
Date of last visit | The date of the contact’s most recent identified visit to your site, including the source through which they arrived. |
Date will become at risk | The date this contact’s lifecycle status will become ‘at risk’, if they do not place any further orders. |
Date will lapse | The date this contact’s lifecycle status will become ‘lapsed’ if they do not place any further orders. |
Segments
In the bottom panel, you can see which dynamic and static segments this contact belongs to:
You can also see the date this contact entered each segment.
Select any segment to open it in the segment explorer.
You can quickly remove the contact from static segments from this panel by clicking the X:
