Carousels showcase multiple products in one space by displaying items in a sequential or rotational manner.
This is a visually engaging way to present a variety of products to your recipients without taking up too much vertical space in the email.

You can feature a maximum of six products in a carousel.
We can also tailor the styling to harmonise with your brand guidelines, e.g. personalised elements like arrows, dots, titles, prices, and call-to-action buttons.
It's important to finalise these customisation options before initiating the production process.
Getting started with carousels
First, contact your Customer Success Representative with your brief.
You should include:
- Your brand guidelines
- The maximum number of products you'd like to display
- Any product elements you want to showcase
Compatibility
When incorporating interactive elements, it's important to consider the varying support across email clients.
Different email clients impose different limitations on functionality, and some don't support it at all.
Right now, carousels are fully supported by Apple Mail (MacOS/iOS) and Outlook (MacOS).
Fallbacks
At Ometria, we configure interactive carousel blocks to display a standard, non-interactive version of the product block as a fallback.
This means that even if your contacts open your email in an email client which doesn't support interactive elements, they'll still see your products.
