gocertify is an identity verification service which you can use to provide exclusive offers and discounts to specific groups of customers.
Ometria's integration with gocertify means that you can use the data for your verified customers to trigger campaigns and create segments in Ometria.

How it works
When a contact submits their email and/or mobile phone number in gocertify, the data is sent back to Ometria, creating a new contact (or updating the gocertify fields for an existing contact).
This includes their subscription status for email and/or SMS.
Once gocertify successfully verifies the contact as a target group (e.g. student, healthcare, senior, etc.), the custom event is triggered in Ometria.
You can use this data to create segments and trigger automation campaigns in Ometria.
Before you begin
First you should contact your Customer Success Representative at Ometria to discuss you integration plans.
You'll need:
Only users with administrator account permissions can access the API keys tab.
Setting up a gocertify integration
Securely send your new API key to your Customer Success Manager at gocertify via onetimesecret.com, as described in gocertify's documentation.
Next, raise a request with Ometria's Support team and ask them to set up a gocertify custom event.
We will let you know once this has been created.
Add JavaScript tracking to gocertify's iframe
gocertify requires an iframe implementation on your website to collect emails and phone numbers.
You'll need to make sure that contacts are identified via Ometria's JavaScript tracking when they enter their email or number.
Trigger automation campaigns
You can use the gocertify event as an automation campaign entry trigger:
You could use this to welcome contacts who have recently been verified.
Creating segments

- Event occurred
- Date event occurred
