In Ometria you can use the Customer Filter to create very specific segments based on a contact’s web activity - i.e. visits to your website.
For example, by using First visit campaign, you can create a segment of all contacts who made their first visit to your site by clicking through a specific Ometria campaign email.

The visit events in Ometria are:

When you select a visit event in the Customer Filter (except for ‘Has made a visit that matches…’) there are further options to configure and specify your filter:

which is
The visit event is limited to a single criterion.
E.g. If you select ‘First visit name which is - facebook’, all contacts whose first visit came via Facebook will meet the filter conditions.
which is not
The visit event excludes a single criterion.
E.g. If you select ‘First visit name which is not - facebook’, all contacts whose first visit came via any source other than Facebook will meet the filter conditions.
which is one of
The visit event is limited to multiple specified criteria.
E.g. If you select ‘First visit domain which is one of - bing.com, coolkit.co.uk, search.yahoo.com, all contacts whose first visit came via any of the selected domains will meet the filter conditions.

which is not one of
The visit event excludes multiple specified criteria.
E.g. If you select ‘First visit domain which is not one of - bing.com, coolclothes.co.uk, search.yahoo.com’, all contacts whose first visit came via any domain other than those selected will meet the filter conditions.

which contains
The visit event contains the term or keyword entered.
E.g. If you select ‘First visit term which contains - dress’, all contacts whose first visit came via a browser search using the word ‘dress’ will meet the filter conditions.

which doesn’t contain
The visit event does not contain the term or keyword entered.
E.g. If you select ‘First visit term which doesn’t contain - dress’, all contacts whose first visit came via a browser search without the word ‘dress’ will meet the filter conditions.
