Customer frequency bands

You can see your customer frequency bands in:

• Segment Explorer
• Customer insights

• 1 order means the customer has placed one valid order.
• 2 orders - the customer has placed two valid orders.
• 3-4 orders - the customer has placed three to four valid orders.
• 5+ orders - the customer has placed more than four valid orders.
