From the Subscribers report you can:
- View subscription data across all marketing channels
- See a snapshot of your subscriber base as it looks today
- See how opt-ins and opt-outs have evolved over time
- Understand which campaigns are driving the most opt-outs
- Find out why your contacts are opting out
The metrics in the subscribers report are based on the most recent subscription event.
This means that the data is not static, and changes based on each contact's most recent subscription status.
The data recalculates every four hours.

Your subscribers at a glance
These metrics show your subscriber data on any given day.
Choose a date from the View until dropdown and select the Stores you want to view data for:
You can also select the channels you want to review subscription for:
Available metrics:
| Field | Description |
| Total customer base | The total number of contacts in your database, regardless of opt-in status. |
| Subscribers ratio | The percentage of your total customer base who are opted-in. |
| Total opt-ins | The total number of opted-in contacts. |
| Total opt-outs | The total number of opted-out contacts. |
| App installs |
The number of customers who have installed your mobile app. This number is unique, so if the same contact has installed your app several times we only count them once. |

Opt-out reasons
At the bottom of the Subscribers report you can see a table of opt-out reasons:
This is based on data from your preference centre as well as in the Ometria app.
| Field | Description |
| Reason | The reason your contact gave for opting out. |
| Sources from | The source of the opt-out, e.g.

| Opt-out ratio | The percentage of opt-outs who gave this reason. |
| Action | For opt-outs with the reason "Other", you can click View to see a list of those additional reasons. |
