From the Users and permissions tab, administrators can create, delete and edit users’ Ometria accounts.
Click your account name in the top right corner of the app, then Settings > Users and permissions:
You can also trigger a Reset Password email for a user from this screen (unless you are using SSO).
Create and edit a new user account
To create a new account, select Create New User - to edit, simply select any user from the tabs on the left:
Complete or edit the form as necessary.

Select Save to preserve your changes, or select Delete User to permanently remove them from Ometria.
When you Save a new user they receive an email notifying them that their profile has been created, prompting them to create a password and log into Ometria. Passwords must be a minimum of 15 characters in length.
