You can use the segment explorer to report on your subscription statistics for push notifications and SMS.
This page describes several common use cases.
Estimate campaign reach
Calculate the actual number of contacts that you can target with push notifications by combining those contacts who are subscribed to push notifications and have their app installed.
This will help you estimate the potential reach of your push campaign.
In the customer filter select:
- Accepts push notifications - which is > opted in
AND
- Mobile app installed - which is > enabled
Click Apply filter to see your results.
Track subscriptions
Monitor your subscription numbers for push notifications using the following date filter:
- Date first subscribed (Push) - between > x date and x date (e.g. 01 April and 30 April)
(To filter by store ID, add) AND
- Site visited - which is > [select your store]
You can create a similar filter for monthly unsubscribes by selecting the filter:
- Date first unsubscribed (Push) - between > x date and x date (e.g. 01 April and 30 April)
Monitor campaigns
Use push and/or SMS to target contacts who are not engaging with email by surfacing those who recently subscribed to SMS and/or push notifications.
Push notifications
In the customer filter select the following filters:
- Accepts push notifications - which is > opted in
AND
- Mobile app installed - which is > enabled
AND
- Date last subscribed (Push) - after (relative) > 4 weeks ago
AND
- Date of last opened email - between (relative) > 8 weeks ago and 12 weeks ago

SMS
In the customer filter select the following filters:
- Date of last opened email - between (relative) > 8 weeks ago and 12 weeks ago
AND
- Subscription updated (SMS) - after (relative) > 4 weeks ago
AND
- Accepts SMS marketing - which is > enabled
