Back in stock campaigns alert your contacts that a product they previously viewed on your website which was out of stock is now in stock and available to order.
To set up a back in stock campaign, contact your customer success manager.
They will:
- discuss your requirements with you
- set up a custom event to pass the necessary data to Ometria
- speak to our HTML team to build a content block for your email templates.
Custom events are passed to Ometria via an API call. You can find details of the API endpoint and the object definition in our API Reference.
Your developers will then need to set up the API call and test it.
Note: You are responsible for all of the logic for your custom event - you will need to send us the event data and information.
