How long does Ometria store browsing data?

We work with you to define how long Ometria keeps your data before you start onboarding. 

You can find this information in your contract with us.

Browser sessions are only made available to the platform when they are ‘identified’, i.e. Ometria has an email address to associate with the browser.

Ometria stores seven days worth of browsing data for unidentified visitors to your website. 

Cookies renew each time the visitor visits your site, meaning their values are retained and their lifetimes are extended each time the user visits.
