How many Black Friday and Christmas shoppers are still engaged with emails?

The way you setup this filter depends on the following:

• How long your Black Friday and Christmas sales lasted (e.g. 25th November 2019 - 12th January 2020), and;
• What time period you define as ‘are still’ (e.g. the last 90 days).

Using the examples above, here’s how to filter this using Ometria's customer filter:

• Contact has placed an order that matches… Order date between 25 November 2019 - 12 January 2020

AND

• Accepts marketing which is… opted in

AND

• Date of last opened an email after (relative) 90 days ago

OR

• Date of last clicked an email after (relative) 90 days ago
