Segmenting contacts who unsubscribed in a certain date range

The date that Ometria stores a profile as having opted out is the first known time they opted out.

So, if a contact was already opted out when an unsubscribe timestamp was provided, then an unsubscribe event might not generate, but the contact would still display in the customer filter as having unsubscribed on that date.
