Sitoo is a point of sale (POS) platform.
Integrate Ometria with Sitoo to collect the following data:
- A sync of your historic orders from Sitoo
- New orders created in Sitoo (collected via webhook)
- Updates to existing orders from Sitoo (collected via webhook)
You can also connect Sitoo to your Ometria transactional email API, giving you the option to send customers digital receipts from the till.
Before you begin
If you're interested in integrating with Sitoo, please contact your Customer Success Representative to discuss commercials and enablement.
To create the connection, you'll need:
- A Sitoo API key
- Your Sitoo account URL
- An Ometria API key
Only users with administrator account permissions can access the API keys tab.
Connecting to Sitoo
n Ometria, go to Settings > Connections > Add new connection:
Select the Sitoo tile:
Sitoo authentication
To authenticate Sitoo, select an account here or add a new one, then complete the fields:

Click Next.
Workflow URLs
Copy the Webhook Notifications Public Url:
In Sitoo, go to your Events Subscriptions and update the JSON.
Paste the URL you copied into the "base_url": field:
This creates the webhook that sends Ometria order data.
Ometria authentication
In the Ometria authentication screen, select the dropdown and click Add new account.
Complete the fields in the Create a new authentication pop-up.

| Your authentication name | This field auto-completes. |
| API Key | Enter the Ometria API key you created earlier. |
Do the same for Transactional Email Auth if you plan to send transactional emails from Ometria for orders sent via Sitoo (e.g. order confirmation emails).
Do you want to sync historical data?
Select the checkbox if you'd like to sync your historical order data from Sitoo to Ometria.
The start date is the date you set in the first screen.
Subscription Preference
Select the checkbox if you'd like to opt-in contacts from Sitoo.

Select Next.
Product ID
This step is optional.
If you use a namespace to differentiate your stores in Ometria, enter it here so that order IDs sent from Sitoo are unique and don't overlap with order IDs sent from your ecommerce provider (or API).
Select the SKU checkbox if you use SKU to match products.
Select Next.
Transactional Email
This step is optional.
If you plan to send transactional emails from Ometria for orders sent via Sitoo (e.g. digital receipts).

| Email Template ID | Enter the ID for the transactional template you're using. |
Select Finish.
