Here are some simple troubleshooting tips:
- Make sure Support or your Technical Project Manager enabled overlays for your account.
- Double check that your overlay is in Test or Live mode.
If you've checked both of these and your overlay still doesn't display on your website, your Content Security Policy rules might be blocking the overlay web component.
Check your CSP rules:
