Ometria can attribute orders to an Ometria campaign - see: Order attribution in Ometria
The platform also attributes orders to SMS, which you can see in the Campaign performance: Automation campaigns tab:
How it works
By default, Ometria attributes an order to an SMS if:
- The order was placed within 24 hours of the customer receiving an SMS, or;
- The order was placed within seven days of the contact clicking on an SMS.
These time windows are default settings, and can be customised. Please get in touch with your Customer Success Representative for more information.
Note: If an order could be attributed to multiple channels or campaigns, Ometria uses the latest channel/campaign. E.g. If Jane receives an email on Monday and an SMS on Tuesday (which she clicks on), then places an order on Wednesday, her order is attributed to SMS.
